If you have at least 18 months recruitment experience, in any sector, then this is you. We're looking for consultants with demonstrable evidence of performance in a high volume temps/contract/locums desk or permanent recruitment. You need to have an approach that shows you treat your clients and candidates with respect and with a real passion to help them meet their goals.
Our recruiters can't do their job with our clinical and business support people. We are often looking for high calibre applicants for positions in finance, compliance and clinical management roles. When you start, you’ll join our training academy which begins with one week of intensive classroom-based training where you’ll learn the core skills relevant to your role and working the ‘H1 way’.
The next stage provides you with “on-the-job” training to really refine your skills and test you in practical scenarios. You’ll also benefit from weekly group training sessions and access to online e-learning modules, providing continued career development.
