Our client is an established and highly regarded leader in aged care. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care professional with substantial clinical management experience to work as a Quality Advisor across multiple facilities in the Sydney Metropolitan area. The candidate will have full access to a company vehicle for business and personal use (a $31 per week contribution is required).
You will bring a wealth of clinical knowledge to the role as you collaborate with Executives and Centre Managers to devise strategies that ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence are upheld across the organisation. The concepts of clinical governance and risk management will be your main focus. You will make important recommendations that will improve clinical procedures and reduce organisational risks.
YOU WILL NEED
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum two years senior clinical management experience within aged care
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of ACFI
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
