We are proud to introduce this week’s H1 Hero, 𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗔 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗝𝗔𝗡!

Rima and her family fled Syria and came to Australia as refugees. She continued to study Cert 3 Aged Care and Cert 3 Disability care, and despite English not being her first language, Rima continued to work hard and study, which paid off as she achieved her qualifications.

Even with her qualifications, Rima was having difficulty finding work. It was her daughter Aya, who was a member of H1 Healthcare already, that reached out to us about giving her mum a job.

Today, Rima is excelling in her role. Her work receives a lot of praise from everyone, and she’s happy to be working as part of the H1 Healthcare team!
